DMCA COPYRIGHT POLICY
Effective Date: July 1, 2026
HostGete (“We”, “Us”, or “Our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users and hosting clients to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), we will respond expeditiously to notices of alleged copyright infringement committed on our servers or network infrastructure.
1. DMCA NOTICE REQUIREMENTS
If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent and believe that any content hosted on www.hostgete.com or our client servers infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a formal notification by providing our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and specific location details (exact URL or IP address) where the material is located.
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and an email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

3. OUR INFRASTRUCTURE RESPONSIBILITY & Takedown Process
Upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA notice, HostGete will take immediate steps to notify the web hosting client responsible for the content. We reserve the right to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material to comply with international regulations and maintain network safety.
4. REPEAT INFRINGER POLICY
In accordance with our Terms of Service (ToS), HostGete enforces a strict repeat infringer policy. If a hosting client repeatedly violates intellectual property laws or receives multiple valid DMCA notices without proper counter-notifications, their active hosting services, control panel access, and client account will be terminated permanently without a refund.
